“My first experience with Reindeer shuttle was fabulous. My flight was delayed by 1-1/2 hours, so I missed my first shuttle booking, but was able to catch the next one, which was after regular office hours. I was able to get an email response back in a short time as I waited for my luggage to arrive at the carousel. The driver was in touch (Mark.?) with his office and we were on our way on schedule. I will want to ride “Dasher” the van in the future as well! Thank you!”

“My driver was very friendly and I felt confident that he was a great bus driver! Made my trip to Indy trouble-free! He worked extra hard! Holy cow. There were lots of Purdue kids with huge amounts of very large pieces of luggage each. I don’t know how he unloaded all of it so well! Each student had at least 3-4 pieces of luggage or more, Hats off to him and he still got us in on-time.”
