“Richard is very punctual and pleasant guy. He ensures that the windshield is clean and shiny before our departure. The interior of the car also very clean and odorless. He offered to get me some water which supposed to to be free, but unfortunately the machine was spoilt, but the thought is most important. As I was the only passenger today, so he made sure that I would tell him if the aircond is too cold or too warm for him to make the necessary adjustment. Perhaps what is lacking is the wifi, which quite difficult for my hp to connect as it seems to be on and off for few times.”
