“I took the 5:15pm shuttle from Chicago to Purdue, but had to be a few minutes late to the shuttle as I was stuck at immigration. I was so stressed out, especially after being on a 15 hour flight, but I really appreciated how understanding and polite the driver was! I’ve been riding with Reindeer for the last 5 years and have never had a bad experience.
